CHURCH DURING THE WINTER
For winter operation months at Gunstock, our Sunday morning service starts at 9 am.
We meet on the FIRST Sunday of the Month on The Patio on the base, at the far end of the historic lodge.
The rest of the time we are on the side of Upper Gunsmoke Trail. You can get there with skis or a snowboard from the lift by going left when you get off the chair lift. If you decide to take the "uphill route" via intent to ski down after a rigorously fun adventure UP, take Alpine Route 1 (click for Gunstocks Uphill details). If hiking is your adventure of choice, follow the details below.

CHURCH DURING THE SPRING / FALL ON LOCKES HIL
service is at 9 am
Lockes Hill is a LOOP trail. Church happens off of the Lakeview Trail at the stone chairs over look of the lake. You can only hike to church, either the Lakeview trail, roughly 10-15 minutes, or the Quarry Trail which is 25-35 minutes around the back of the hill! There MAY be snow either spring or fall and it will probably be chilly!

IF YOU WANT TO TAKE THE *SCENIC LIFT RIDE:
We love being at Gunstock Mountain. If you'd like to take the scenic chair up/down the mountain for church, arrive at the ticket office by 9:45 am and tell them you're coming to Alpine Church for half off of your ticket!
Take the first chair up to attend our 10:15 am service on the summit of our beautiful mountain!
*You must wear closed toed shoes
*Scenic Chair lift rides are not available during the winter
